The tears of a friend

I loved you.
Yes, I did, I used to dream of you, think of you, miss you. I used even to imagine an entire future for us.
I used to imagine us together, even thinking about kids...
But The Life likes to be unpredictible.
Maybe it was the distance, our plans for life, our way to see the future or maybe it was the fact that we simply were't made for each other; but I realized that we couldn't be together.
I couldn't give you all what you need but love and we know, we can't live of love. You deserve always the best
Now, with time I see that you found thay person. That one loves you even more that I did, and he can give you all what you need. His goal in his life is just make you happy, what else can you ask for?
I see how much he loves you, and I can see in your eyes when you talk about him that you love him as well. That is why I'm happy for you: you finally found someone who is going to love you, take care and give you all what you need. I am really, really happy for you, because now you are my friend, and I wish always  the best for you.
My dear friend, I'm really happy for you, I am happy because you found your soulmate... I hope someday I can be as happy as you look...

Polémica en el short

Como la mayoría de ustedes sabrá, hace poco se cometió un crimen, en el cual, una jove  fue asesinada.
La chica en cuestión era muy bonita, y en muchas fotos ella salía vestida con pantalones cortos (llamados short, corto en inglés).
El problema es que mucha gente victimiza al asesino ¿Cómo sucede esto? simple: aparentemente, para mucha gente, el hecho de vestir prendas cortas es motivo suficiente para ser acosada, manoseada, violada o asesinada. Porque no, un "piropo" no es gracioso, es acoso, una "apoyada" en el colectivo no es una avivada, es un acto despreciable.
Sí señoras y señores, en pleno siglo XXI, el varón es excusado de sus actos por muchos hombres y, lo que es peor, muchas mujeres.
Me pregunto yo, ¿es eso lo que quieren enseñar a las nuevas generaciones, que una prenda corta, una falda muy mini o un escote muy largo es motivo suficiente para violar?
Seamos un poco más vivos, porque el hecho de que le debamos enseñar a una mujer a defenderse quiere decir que a nene no le enseñamos a tratar como corresponde a una mujer.
